Barbara Ann Corcoran

 Barbara Ann Corcoran was born on the 10th of March 1949. She is an American investor and speaker as well as consultant. The Corcoran Group, an NY-based real estate broker was started by Corcoran. NRT bought it in 2001 for $66 million. Corcoran then exited the business. Corcoran was one of the original Shark Tank investors. She has appeared on every season of ABC's Shark Tank. In February of 2020, she had signed 53 deals. The largest of these was a $350,000 investment in Coverplay at 40 percent. Corcoran was born in Edgewater (New Jersey) as the second child of ten in an Irish-Catholic working class family. Florence Corcoran was Florence's mom and a homemaker. Edwin W. Corcoran began high school at St. Cecilia High School Englewood after attending a Catholic elementary school.
