Jennifer Rene Psaki

Jennifer Rene Psaki was an American political adviser who was the 34th White House press Secretary between 2021 and 2022. As a member of Democratic Party, she was previously the White House deputy presses secretary (2009-2011); White House deputy director of communications (2009-2011); White House deputy director(2009-2011); spokesperson for the United States Department of State (2013)-2015; and White House communications director (2015)-2017. Psaki was a contributor to political campaigns to CNN from 2017 through 2020. Psaki started her career as an Iowa Democratic senator, Tom Harkin, and later became governor of Iowa. Psaki later served as press secretary in John Kerry's presidential election campaign. Psaki was the communications director of Joseph Crowley, a U.S. Representative, and regional press secretary for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee from 2005 to 2006. Psaki was also the press secretary for the Obama reelection campaign in 2012. 20 years ago, Psaki was named spokesperson for United States Department of State in February 2013. The speculations that she would be replacing Jay Carney White House Press secretary when he left the White House[21] were fuelled by her hire at the Department of State. However, Josh Earnest was announced as the replacement for Carney on May 30 in 2014. She returned to the White House in 2015 as the communications director, and she remained there until the conclusion of Obama's presidency.
